The number of sessions depends on your individual needs. Some patients require one appointment, while others may need ongoing therapy or long-term care. Your treatment plan will be tailored to your progress, not a fixed number of sessions.
For optimal results, we recommend following your plan and attending scheduled appointments. Missed or frequently changed appointments may extend your treatment timeline.
By working together, we will achieve the best results in the shortest span of time.

Osteopathy is generally safe, but some patients may experience minor side effects, such as:
Mild to moderate soreness or pain in the treated area (lasting 12–48 hours)
Headache (especially after neck, shoulder, or jaw treatment)
Fatigue
These side effects are expected and often indicate positive changes in your body as mobility and function improve. If you have any concerns, you are welcome to contact us.
Recommendations for the First 24 hours after Treatment:Rest and avoid strenuous activity
Stay well hydrated to help your body adapt.
Use a warm compress (if no acute inflammation is present) or ice to ease discomfort.
This will allow your nervous system to process and adapt to the new inputs received during your treatment.
